Mechanism of Action

Erlocip works by controlling the activity of an abnormal protein that lowers the growth of cancer cells. This supports minimize or stop the spread of cancer cells.

Drug Interactions:

The stated below drugs may interact with Erlocip:

Atazanavir, indinavir, nelfinavir, ritonavir, saquinavir, rifabutin, rifampin, clarithromycin, rifapentine, telithromycin, nefazodone, carbamazepine, phenytoin, phenobarbital, ketoconazole, voriconazole and itraconazole.


Note: Erlocip is a prescription drug and should be consumed under proper medical supervision and advice. Do not share this medication with others, since you may be facing from a cause that is not effectively controlled by this drug.

Warning & Precautions

1. Erlocip should not be taken without consulting your doctor if you have liver disease or lung or breathing problems (other than lung cancer).

2. Do not take aspirin, or products containing aspirin unless it is permitted by the doctor.

3. Take Erlocip several hours before or several hours after if you are taking antacids.

4. Do not take Erlocip if you are allergic to it or to any ingredient in Erlocip.

5. Do not take Erlocip without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant. Discuss with your doctor the appropriate use of birth control during treatment with Erlocip. It is not known whether Erlocip passes into breast milk. Do not take Erlocip without first talking to your doctor if you are breast feeding a baby.

Side Effects

The side effects associated with Erlocip are closing of the throat, difficulty breathing, swelling of the tongue, lips, hives or face, increased coughing, shortness of breath, chest pain, fever, severe or persistent nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting, eye pain or irritation, diarrhea, dryness, skin rash, itching, weakness, acne, peeling, blistering, cracked skin, itching, burning of the skin, tenderness, growth of eyelashes on the inside of the eyelid and unusual bruising or bleeding.


Symptoms of overdose associated with Erlocip may include diarrhea and rash.


Store at room temperature between 59-77 F (15-25 C) away from light and moisture, kids and pets. Do not use after expiration term.
