All orders are dispatched by regular (EMS) , Delivery time to the USA and Europe is typically anywhere between 5 & 14 days from date of mailing, although the postal service has been known to take longer, particularly in

 

Delivery

 

We deliver to your door step that is we deliver your product guarantee. Order dispatched once is peak periods. Allowance must also be made for weekends and public holidays when the postal service does not operate. Normally delivered within1 to 2 weeks and if incase it takes long in customs, is not guaranteed because order more than 21 days in customs is likely to be seized. 

 

 

Dispatch

 

All orders are processed from multiple destinations immediately upon receipt by us and dispatched as soon as payment has been collected. We provide online tracking numbers within 48 to 72 hrs excluding non-working days like weekends and public holidays. As there is no outgoing mail service on weekends, orders received after 8:00am (our time) on Fridays will be processed for mailing on Monday morning.

 

 

Packaging

 

As far as possible, all products are dispatched in the manufacturer's original packaging. Any item supplied in a tub or bottle or any other form not suitable for mailing will be decanted and repacked in a mailable format. If you are unable to accept this condition of sale, please do not order from us.

 

 

Notifications

Customs Seizures

 

We take extreme care in our packaging. All packaging are done in discreet manner. However we cannot guarantee that a customs seizure will not occur. Receipt of your order is entirely at your own risk. There is 1% chance of seizure and 99% order is delivered. Even than if seizure occurs we will re-ship your order one more time without any charges, If you are unable to accept this condition of sale, please do not order from us. 

 

 

Return policy

 

As our "return address" does not exist for obvious reasons, we are unable to accept returned goods. We can not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness or suitability of any medication to your needs or metabolism. What you see on our site is what you get and that is the full extent of what we warrant. If you are unable to accept this condition of sale, please do not order from us.

 

Refund policy

 

Refunds are not possible once an order has been shipped. Should for any reason you be unhappy with your purchase, this does not entitle you to a refund, any more than it would with your local pharmacy or doctor. If you are unable to accept this condition of sale, please do not order from us.
